RELACE MAGISK MANAGER for rooting BECAUSE SUPERUSER INCUDE IN MAGISK MANAGER
FRENDZ NO NEED USE SUPERSU.ZIP
PRE REQIREMENTS |>
1. Pc or laptop
2. Windows 10 64bit
3. All Files download
4. Redmi 3s or 3s Prime
5. Bootloader Unlocked ( if are not pleasee visit

Follow these Steps
1. Install the adb setup.exe
2. Copy the twrp file and paste drive c /adb folder
3. After the connect the phone normaly to pc
4. Copy the Supersu File and Paste the phone internal memory
5. Now disconnect the phone
6. Hold vol down and power key 10sec ( now phone into fastboot mode)
7. Connect the phone into pc
8. Go to pc and open c drive and open adb folder
9. Hold shift key and right click mouse and select ( Open commond windows here )
10. Now Type ( fastboot devices ) hit Enter
11. After show the phone ( fastboot flash recovery twrp.img ) Hit Enter
12 After 2 sec flash the twrp recovery
13. Disconnect the cable and Hold Vol up and Power key 10 Sec
14 .After show meanu select the recovery mode
15. Now phone in twrp meanu
16. Now install MAGISK MAGER From Internal storage
( SUPER SU NO NEED BECASUE SUPER SU INCUSE IN MAGSIK AND ITS LATEST VER )
17. And Swipe to confirm flash
18. After choose reboot system
19 .Now phone root successfully ( download any root checker app from playstore ) if a daugut verify root
