In order to Flash Stock ROM we need

1. USB Drivers for LENOVO
2. SP Flash Tool
3. VCOM Preloader Drivers
4. USB Cable
5. Lenovo K3 Note Mobile

Procedure:
1. Download SP Flash Tool and Stock ROM.
2. Enable USB Debugging
Settings>>About>>Build Number>>Tap it continuous for 7 times to unlock developer options.
3. Now go to Settings>>Developer Options Scroll down and enable USB Debugging Option.
4. Install Lenovo USB Driver, VCOM Drivers by downloading from below links.
5. Take a backup of your files (if interested) as flashing removes all data.
6. Open SP Flash Tool on windows PC/Laptop.

7. Now Move on to Options>>Option>>Download>>Tick DA DL All with Checksum and close.
8. Now from Flash tool Click on Scatter Loading and Load MT6752_Android_Scatter, it will be in target_bin of Downloaded STOCK ROM Zip File Extract it.

9. On Loading Scatter File it will in processing state and wait till it completes.

10. Now Set Download Only Option and Click on Download Button.

11. Now Turn off your Phone, Press Volume Down repeatedly and connect to PC/Laptop using USB Cable. Now soon after Flash Tool recognize the Device, it will start the process and wait for 10–15 mins to complete the process.
12. Once the Process Completes a Green Colour Tick Mark Pop up will appear.
