Unlock bootloader first if not ( https://youtu.be/dGkqtZYlnvc )
Restart you pc disable driver enforcement ( google it )
Install PC suite for all drivers
Extrect miui platform tool
AFTER extect copy twrp file and paste miui platform tool which extracted
Rename twrp.img
Open miui platfrom tool and dubble click cmd here
After swich off your redmi note 7 pro
Hold vol down and power button 10 sec
Your phone in fastboot conntect your phone to pc with cable
And type commont ( fastboot devices ) PRESS ENTER
Next commont ( fastboot format userdata ) PRESS ENTER
After next commont ( fastboot flash recovery twrp.img ) PRESS ENTER

Swich off your phone ( select reboot and select power off )
Again boot your phone in twrp ( vol hold up and power 5 sec )
last again click install and select strage and select file magisk manager ( slide and confirm )
last select wipe and silde to confirm
After select reboot select system
Wait 5 min for starting phone
